Finished some Gripping Beast Normans, not usually a fan of their horses but these I think are their newer ones, theyre Ok, shields hand painted. BTW Ive seen some Norman Armies with the horses in trappers, none of the Normans in Bayeux Tapestry or any contemporary carvings show them, IMHO they are totally inacurate on Norman or 1st Crusade Mounts, they seem to creep in around late 12 century somewhere, at least 150 years after Hastings!
